I asked Mark about the debt and the rs:

They are probably investors looking to dump stock and thinking they can get others to do the same so they then can buy it cheaper. Please tell them they are full of it and lying.

Please don’t tell me all that is going on when most of it are not true…also I did not do a reverse split in the 14c, just a share reduction read it yourself..

I paid off all of our prior bills and all the convertible debt we owed, and it was a lot, other than one small one which I said is about $45k and they are not diluting at this time. This is probably people still selling who bought the reg a at ,0022. I have no control of any of that but the debt is what we did and I could and maybe will put out a pr saying what is left.
