You would have to confirm with KW or KN but I don't think BIEL has the resources to wait and "share in the profits".

One of the big advantages of the OEM Business Plan is that BIEL does not need to have hundreds of thousands of dollars in inventory sitting on retail shelves. The product on the shelves is the OEM Partner's property.

IMO the OEM Partner writes a Purchase Order and pays BIEL when the devices are delivered.
