Years ago. U just don’t know where to find the correct information. And if the SEC revoked the stock symbol MAXD. Then all those short sellers are free from obligations of ever having to cover their short position. And I’ve never ever seen the SEC make a move that helps the small guy retail investor. The SEC does way way more harm to the small retail investor. When the SEC revoked a stock symbol. It hurts the little guy. It certainly doesn’t help the little guy retail investor. I’ll say it again. The SEC aides and abettts the short sellers. The sec does no help at all for the small retail investor. Just the opposite. The sec hurts the small retail investor. Wait till some stock you own stops trading cause the SEC revoked the stock symbol. Then u will understand where I am coming fromEOM
