There was intra-day consolidation today. The RSI is just one factor out of many factors, momentum, volume, news, money flow all play a role and can trump the RSI effects.

Besides, I've seen tickers ran like as if there would be no tomorrow even when the RSI hit the upper 90s.

Pps correction either way tomorrow...rsi is still too high!
