That is your opinion and you are certainly entitled to that.
If that’s how you feel, you should have moved on.

My opinion is that it is much easier to create and sign deals while the company is still private and once they have contracts in place, move into the PASO vehicle and go public at that point. It’s actually very common for RM candidates to do this very thing for those reasons.

Private companies can move at warp speed compared to the red tape and regulations when public.
