Not for PASO shareholders who are in essence funding this. Actually we have funded it even if the DA falls through as we've raised the AS for Brucie to play with. So CLX could sign $40 billion in contracts today and it wouldn't mean zilch to us without the DA...in fact it would make it less likely to have one as PASO shareholders would be profit sharing in that. I suspect THE REAL REASON FOR THE DELAY IS CLX REALIZES THEY'LL HAVE MORE MONEY FOR THEMSELVES BY STAYING PRIVATE.
