This is a merger play with real revenue company, COVID testing is just one of many tests they offer. What makes it unique is the incredibly small float which is clearly locked.

The float is 1000-3000 times smaller than most pinkies out there.

Investors who have been in the know have been witnessing no big dips since the first spike which clearly indicates no dilution.
