For sure, easy to get caught up in the smart turtles aspect because that seems so speculative and rewarding.

When the shell came out of hibernation and into the hands of Tony Hicks and his team that focus was on real estate, prior projects, management’s backgrounds, connections to the likes of Foreman and Harrington. That alone seems huge!

The smart turtles are but one aspect, a sexy speculative one at that for sure, but there is more here.
