....but, but, but, minimally the company should demonstrate active business operations and requisite disclosures before FINRA reinstates a previously SEC suspended stock.

I'm (we're) not a fan of OTC Markets but at least OTCM posted the reinstatement with a caveat emptor....not that that can't change at a whim.
