This Pr was put out AFTER the previous one in which HVCW said they got a LOI to sell their Interest In the HVCW New Jersey Battery Project:

I think many including myself was under the impression they sold out on their Battery business but according to the above information:

1 HVCW Received an LOI to sell their NEW JERSEY BATTERY PROJECT Interest.

2. The first PR said they "SIGNED A NEW LEASE IN CONNECTICUT (NOT NEW JERSEY) For a Battery Energy Storage project. This is another state and another project after the NJ Project.

Bottom-line, Pages 27-28 of HVCW Last April 2019 Filings clearly says HVCW is in the LITHIUM ION BATTERY TECNOLOGY FIELD FOR ENERGY STORAGE. (PAGE 27): "

PAGE 28 goes on to say "IN ITS NEW BUSINESS, THE COMPANY WILL UTILIZE LITHIUM ION BATTERY TECHNOLOGY TO OFFER SOLUTIONS TO GRID OPERATORS, UTILITY & COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS INORDER TO MAXIMIZE ENERGY POWER MANAGEMENT.

HVCW IS STILL IN THE BATTERY STORAGE BUSINESS. THIS BUSINESS NEVER FOLDED ACCORDING TO THE FILINGS!!! SLAPPING THE ASK TOMMORROW AGAIN!!!
