Well I disagree . JB Straubel and VW would not be associated with this Co if they were " penny stock " like.

This Co had disclosed all the risks for those that paid attention. The market simply went wild with the valuation in a very short time .....beware of parabolic moves as I've posted before .

The Co has break thru technology ...the only one to really reveal their solid state / gel technology ...Toyota certainly hasn't. They also appear to have solved the dendrite problem ...the central risk for fires in EV batteries.

VW will work with these guys re scaling up production when the time comes . Their next challenge is stacking these battery cells.
I believe 60m shares were not in a lock up ...80 m shares traded today I think. Most of the other shares in the filing are locked up for 180 days so they won't be on the market till mid year
I had bt early Dec ...sold most at $120 because of the parabolic move ...started adding back in at the close on Friday ...obviously to soon ...and added more back in at the close today .

I have no idea where this trades near term ......altho will add more if it gets trashed . I plan on holding for 2 yrs
