Late filing of 10-Q.

A few folks asked me for feedback/thoughts on the late 10-Q filing. I’m confident that the filing is a high priority within the company and substantial time is being invested to complete the filing. I don’t think the “pending accounting matters” described in NW Notification of Late Filing are material items, but nevertheless producing reports and memos and getting sign offs takes time.

A valid concern involves a potential delisting from OTCQB, which would result in NWBO trading on the Pink Open Market. Not ideal, but trading would still happen. Once the 10-Q is filed, NWBO would regain its current listing.

HOWEVER, OTC-Markets can provide NWBO extensions to get the 10-Q filed. NWBO is currently operating under an extension and I think there is a good chance NWBO will receive another 1-week extension. OTC Markets will not want to delist a company with a $1B+ market cap with a daily trading volume in the millions.

Another 1-week extension should be enough time, in my judgement, to get the auditors to sign off on the 10-Q and get it filed.
