Yepperini ?, Real Enough for the 2nd ownership change to be methodically planned, ... and real enough for the 2nd private rights offering to go full circle, just a few short months later' ...

also, and I thought that it would go without saying ?, but LP made me laugh as I do quite often ? ... but as I've said many times, I only gave my word to E/S of S&G to help the people "understand" the BK Docket Filings and the WMIHC now to WMIH the Parent' (now symbol' COOP) SEC Submissions' ... so ? ...

yeppers', ... I don't know what the debtors or the WMIH BOD's are going to do or file' into the future, ... only what they have already done ?, and what makes sequential common sense' ... (duh) ... so, asking me ?, how much or when ?, ... doesn't get a definitive answer, only an opinion' ... (another duh')

Remember Windfall, ... the FIRST Ownership Change gave you your WMIH common shares' (now symbol COOP), but ?, it also gave you your DTC Issued ESC Cusips' ...

... the SECOND Ownership Change ? was only able to issue "Secondary Dilutive Shares" ... or "Common Shares" in COOP' (privately) ... think about that' ... it's a big deal
