This restructure has been a very long time coming. The AS raise was filed in March, the CFO told us to expect notes paid in cash in April and the CEO told us no R/S in a PR the end of March.

So Covid put a wrench Into their timelines and wrecked the revenue growth for a year but this was then plan the whole time. The investors were coming in to take a big equity stake in the company while using their money to fund us and pay off our debt.

A year late but it’s happening.
