Read this and you will have what you need to know and watch as the first week/month of January 2021 comes our way with ENZC. If one on the board comes up with Confirmed, Certified , Validated ENZC Data please feel free to post at any time , I always appreciate it.

All this other PPS projections and Dr Fauzi are just noise at this point. Also , there are only Three Things that ENZC , which are all patents and described in the Two New Incorporations that will be marketed for licensing at this point, so the value is in the Patents as we know , they will or have already join up with the Production side that has interest in these. Charles having been the Patent and Intellectual Property attorney for over 40 years is laying out all the ground work (much already done) to move this forward.

I am behind ENZC from the Start, all can see the DD posted, but lets look at WHAT WE KNOW , not what we think , we are not Charles and the ENZC Team. One would think that this will be a mover on confirmed catalyst(s) (only) through the first quarter as described by the PR.
When any of the below come out , all will be indicators to what the existing people and investors think about putting "new money" into the share price . It will be interesting to watch each one . One thing for sure is Charles , is very transparent and gives the clues , with out guaranteeing anything (as any attorney) but at least says here is what we are doing , are planning and confirming sources, which is by far how he has done without fail all through this process. Charles is the Man in charge and what he says , he thoroughly goes into a specific process before publishing it . All Good.

What we know from the latest PR
a. Charles C indicated in Jan will go current , will that be enough catalyst at this point since all know that , Time will Tell. it just says soon , but they have it ready to do.

c. ENZC , then needs to go to Fully Reporting and for sure have the PCAOB Audit done. That will NOT be done by end of Jan 2021, but someone will be picked by End of Jan 2021. Will be a PR it looks like then.

d. Testing For sure this will take all first Quarter 2021, if not longer for final results. Hopefully something will come out quickly, since pre work had been done and these are just Validations.

One should not under estimate the importance of Dr Ronald Moss who has attended and was a Key Speaker at the Annual Conferences about these processes and is looked to as being the Person in the Know on what is real out there. His company Adamis and his Key Role in past approvals with Government Agencies is with out a doubt the will be his role here at ENZC. Dr Ronald Moss is the perfect person to bring the results from their Europe/Bulgaria results into the US as being REAL.

f. There was a reason for pushing this Patent into the Pending mode, they have an interested party(s) , we do NOT know who yet . (Hence , even from the beginning Charles saw the 'value' of using Harry Z's patents)

h. They have asked key parties to hold off for two years on converting debt , which we saw on the last filing was Livingston aka S. Hicks and H. Sargent, along with SEACOR which is Lisa F. Ok this is good, but will happen some time, but they must believe in Charles and what he negotiated with them .
