First Amarin should pull all its monetary support of clinical trials for cancers and Alzheimer’s then announce moving branded VASCEPA out of US to EU. Finally Amarin should lay of all US reps and then sell US generic....this won’t happen until after GSK v. TEVA goes to SCOTUS.....and likely BP will own Amarin at this point.

If this does happen we will have been robbed of US market as the direct result of Hikma’s Nevada court shenanigans.

Rule 60 must happen.
