Yes we are filing. The work is ongoing.

There are two logistical costs and that we have here, that we did not have when we filed the Amicus: (1) The need to affiliate with local Nevada counsel as required by the court; and (2) We are most likely obtaining the report of a biostatistician expert to further bolster our legal position.

Once we know the costs of those two logistical adjuncts to the filing, BB will do his thing.
