With regard to the India deal Steve noted "Subject to a successful ExIm bank underwriting the $63 Million project, FirmGreen will order from the Strategic Alliance 5 MobileMicrogrid vehicles powered by CoolTech".
So this is dependent on EXIM financing. So I lump this into the same situation as the very large (> $100 million) deal announced last Feb that based on the very brief reference to in a tweet seemed to be only MG units and the 5 units announced sold to a contractor building in Africa. So this is another 'on paper until we hear from EXIM' funding.
Hopefully these are getting close to reaching critical mass and can be used by CoolTech to get some non-dilutive funding.
It is also the first time Steve was explicitly saying he would order trucks from the strategic alliance. That sounds like he is trying to communicate with CoolTech investors (which is good because Tim it not interested in doing that).
