I watched the news and I installed the app on my phone and it appears that it works as described. I don't see why this could be scam. It has huge potential. I personally know a couple of families where their children have serious mental consequences from bullying at school and they are looking for options on how to monitor their child's activities on social networks.
I forwarded the app to them, I am expecting feedback from them
