Say last week, gV TRx was 7000 but today it's 4000. Why 7000 last week and not more?

Is it because they're restricted by the supply (where it's sold) or by the demand (where it's sold)?

I thought it's the former. I thought it's 7000 and not more because gV don't have enough supply (where it's sold) and sell out, thus capping that 7000 figure.

But because it drops so much on holidays, makes me think that it's rather capped by the demand, instead of supply.
