FCIC guess you can never keep people from dumping, that's why I left pennies, big board stuff is best. I have a sell order in, at 8 bucks lol. Also I had a hunch that Fred was simply going to run the shell as adnin until he dwindled the 300K cash down as a salary and expenses to file paperwork, I don't think he wants the merging company to get any of the cash. So it's basically done now, can go ahead with deal.
