There is no "historic placebo arm". There are historic controls. They're conceptual controls, in that they're for comparative purposes only (they don't control for anything).

And you can do historic controls (not fictitious "historic placebo arms") all you want. It's your trial. But they aren't as good as placebo controls and so they aren't acceptable to regulators for advanced pivotal trials in indications like AD.

We're doing all placebo-controlled trials, even for our POCs now. It's been very helpful. The dosing differentiations are helpful too.
