ALPP did have two S-1A's on 7/30 and again on 7/31.

Their S1 was approved a few days later. See below.....

The way to work with the SEC successfully with Form 10's and S1's is to engage a very knowledgeable IB Sponcer!

KINGSWOOD CAPITAL Markets, in my opinion would not have been my choice for such a complex S1! Very poor advice as organic growth to NASDAQ instead of an R/S would have been a much better strategy for us "current" bag holders!

Again, my opinion, the R/S, assuming the S1 becomes effective, will be devasting and introduce significantly less liquidity, shorting and naked shorting!

It would have been very help full, if the S1 included some kind of dividend to all the company's LONGS!
