Very disappointed, I actually had a gut feeling that I go on OTCMARKETS.COM tonight and see EFFECTIVE instead of a another S-1A.
My opinion, a sloppy, inexperienced IB Sponsor!

La Fortuna it is not unusual to file more than one S1A.
ALPP filed 2 S1A's and still not effect
Here are some more symbols that you can check to see that they filed a few S1's before Effect.

I think this is better than what you expected as I believe you did not think there will be an S1/A this year.
