If "everyone" knew that the shares were so undervalued then they would be buying shares and the share price would be higher.

Obviously there are shareholders quite happy to sell their shares at these prices. And don't tell me it's "the shorts" because the latest short interest report shows a 10% or so reduction in the number of shares held short.
