The key to this whole saga is that he was charged in the STAR SHIP SNACKS COMPANY and not AAPT. That may be why AAPT is still hanging around. Maybe someone is interested in the formulas or even just the shell. I just don't understand why this hasn't fallen off the face of the market yet?
