mrmain@ Maybe they are (and have been all a long) - so they only have to 'lets say eg. buy the last 100 mill to gain control of the company.

Then the prize would not mean that much - but they would still need to 'officially buy the company to get full control'.

A strategy like that would maybe also explain the 'locked around $5' for months.

If they own 300 mill shares in advance they would make 'themselves' rich buying the company for $35 share. Sounds a little to easy - am I missing something here ? :)
