That is an old picture.

That is the beautiful grow-room that you see on their website when it was under construction. Why they have not up-dated the picture might be for security reasons. Zillow is showing that piece of property has been on the market for 346 days. At that price it is over-priced. But what would it cost after NXGWF has fully developed their properties?
