The shrimp need to be kept in constant temp water. They can control water temp, but they cannot control Mother Nature’s temps and humidity, hence the condensation issues THEY WILL HAVE and made zero provisions for. Their former plant had a dirt floor and absorbed the condensate. The new concrete will collect the condensate.
Add to this, the use of wood for the catwalks in LaCoste and you see what horrific decision from some very incompetent individuals and their results.

I must admit, I missed the welding machine. Now I am pissed.
