SHMP is "spending" $10 MILLION because the Velo charade enabled SHMP to sell GHS the Class D preferred shares that gives GHS 66 MILLION common shares at less than 10 cents a share. If one believes the anecdotes, SHMP shares were hard to come by recently. Why? Maybe because GHS could take advantage of the recent pump, knowing they had 66 MILLION shares in the bank.
