It feels like the hold up here is that many think that there is a gap at .0024 that is going to close. Well go look at MSM*Y today....it gapped and came close to filling the gap but did not because buying pressure was too strong...Same thing happening here...When something is undervalued the stock is trying to get where it needs to get and these silly technical delays like a darn gap people create stalls these runs....
