Lqmt’s stock is still cheap. There are real factual reasons for this fact and lqmt’s shares pop up from time to time. However those pops in the share price are brief. From a few months to mostly a few weeks. The simple factual reason for this among the many others is the fact that lqmt has failed to grow quarterly revenues annually since the selling of it’s ce ip to Apple. That is just the simple fact. A fact that everyone who buys shares in any materials company can understand.
Lqmt has refined the ability to talk about manufacturing and selling to the world’s tier 1, 2, or 3 companies, but have had actual little success in achieving the goal of bringing those expectations to fruition, whereby those expected sales translates into actual growth of quarterly revenues, thus raising the share price upwards in a consistent growth pattern.
The talk of lqmt in a blog is cheap and even at that price (.08) lqmt cannot afford it. For two decades now it’s been all talk and very little doing. Which brings lqmt’s stock price down to where it is today. All this happy talk is great. But it cost many lqmt’s employees their jobs, forced sales of it’s ip twice to avoid bankruptcy and closed their new headquarters, due to the fact that the expectations of increased potential for new customers never translated into actual increased sales quarterly as one might have anticipated.
The real loss to date was for any long term shareholder holding shares long term and not having short term positions to sell in between all of lqmt’s happy talk.
It’s great that bb feels great about the expectations of the company. It’s great that many think Li feels great about lqmt’s future. It’s great that lqmt shares our feelings too, that a tier 1 company contract, a whale will make a company. But talking for many years or as Li and bb put it “25 years “ and not doing, is not so great. Especially, when the stock traded under a dollar, let alone under a dime and the awareness of lqmt as Li and bb put it is still “nascent”. And yes when a company is trading around .08 cents, the upside potential looks far greater than the downside potential.
Up until this last blog, It was two years ago, that lqmt gave shareholders some sort of positive progress towards increasing sales to increase share value. When was the last year that lqmt gave us a PR of actually achieving that goal?
I get it Li, I get it bb. If you cannot actually increase the revenues. At least you can imagine doing so. The problem with that is expectations no longer increases the share price. It used to in lqmt. Not anymore.
2021 should be the year lqmt executives start doing more and talking less. It should have happened years ago.
Good luck to all in lqmt.
