What if the balance of the new 5 BB A/S (2.2 Billion) goes to the investment firm. At todays price you are looking $660 Grand (sales at .0003), so that doesn't add up. What is the conversion rate to common on these 59mm preferred. From what I am reading in the press annoucement, I think that I am reading that for every share of preferred is equal to 100 common. If I am reading this right we are talking about another 6 Billion shares that could be put into the market.

Am I reading this right or am I missing something?
