In this case Yvonne and Feng Li hold 250k series A preferred shares each that account for 75% of the total vote. That’s why when they increased the AS we didn’t need to vote as common share holders bc they controlled 75% already.

I assume that something will be done with these shares in the restructure. Maybe not though.
