I have no doubt that $100m in revenue happens here in the next 2 years. I think the O/S will be 1-1.5B and we will see a reverse split to bring that down.

In this case the RS will be a good thing and will have no negative effect on shareholders. There are enough “well known” Chinese investors/partners/connections with this company that I believe they will be heading to a major exchange in the next 2 years as well.

All imo.
