Good questions Bill. I see ex shed some light already. In general, if a patent application isn’t approved, it doesn’t mean a related process won’t be employed by the applicant, right? I suppose a lawsuit might insue for patent infringement by another party, which doesn’t seem likely here IMO, or simply, the applicant’s process can legally be copied by other parties. I just don’t see this as very bad news for NWBO.
