Yes...thinking about it a little deeper tonight...maybe he's just pouring more money into an enterprise that isn't paying off in an effort to keep the doors open. I do not see a whirlwind of contracts being signed, which on some level, has to surprise him.

Throw in the glowing blog post that makes everything incredibly rosy in a forward looking way...and maybe this is just more "wishing and hopin'" on Lugee Li's part. "Another 10 million ought to get us kick-started..."
