Sunday I posted there would be an uplist rs

How big is the uplist rs going to be? Design to take otc shareholders down to dust levels then issue new shares at much lower prices. How many stocks on the nasdaq have experienced a 77 bagger in couple months? NONE this should be a clue that OTC is not a bad place to trade. Heres a best plan. Take the massive gains and spred some of that around in several Nasdaq stocks. Wait till this stock is actually on the nasdaq trading for a while it will settle then you can buy some shares if you still want them so bad. But set your goals for gains much lower than on otc. A 1-2 bagger in 2-3 yrs would be a big winner. Time to chair fly selling sit down load the sell in your trading platform. When everyone is high fiving each other buying shares for the wife and kids college fund grand kids fund or talking about donating shares for the benefit of society hit that sell button go out on or below the bid get up from the computer go be that hero to your kids.

Alpp was a 77 bagger Friday now its a 110 bagger. It gained 33 bags today alone. Does that sound like something you'll see on the nasdaq. Seems to be a lot of confusion as to what the purpose of rs in this situation. Its not to meet min pricing. Its to reduce the share structure down to 10-20mil shares max outstanding maybe lower so they can issue new shares post rs on the nasdaq. Its a very effective way to wipe out existing shareholders. 120mil OS is far to big for nasdaq so say 12/1 rs reduces OS to 10 mil. The price goes up 12 fold which is way to high. The stock is repriced lower post rs for the nasdaq opening. Earlier this yr another otc went thru this process 15 to 1 rs price was $18 post rs then underwriter price the stock at $3 -$4 currently its less than $2. What good are all the current shares and otc shareholders to the company when they move to nasdaq? There not they want new shares to be sold and new better quality deeper pocketed investors.
