Agreed. Some communication are better than no communication. Because of rules and procedure, TDS couldn't issue official PRs and the fillings are following its course. There is no short cut to the process especially if its a foreign entity. Two sets of rules and processes, one in the UK and then another in the USA.

Longs have been here for many months and are being patient. New shareholders have been here for may be a couple of weeks or so and are losing patience. Everything should have been done yesterday attitude. What a joke!

The company will follow its timeline for whats appropriate and reasonable. No amount of whining, moaning and groaning will speed up the time line and it shouldn't. They won't run on my clock because I would like to sell when my entry price doubles up. lol
