In my opinion, the tweets are intended for us long-term "voting" shareholders. It is TDS's way of covertly and politely communicating with us considering all that we have collectively been through over the numerous months. We communicate with them through this forum (they do read) and they conversely do the same via Twitter. I personally like it. I understand that it may be frustrating for those that are new to this RM/ticker and not privy to what was orchestrated.
