Large, let’s start small. Common financial law is Preferred Stock gets paid before Common and upon closing of the bankruptcy, Class 18 and Class 22 received a settlement of company shares but, there was no mention and or settlement for Class 19 at that time. Correct me if I’m wrong. My opinion is that is to be distributed at a later time. Also, remember that form(15) that was filled out, you know, the one that gives them absolute secrecy.
