The Carlton /James private sale of CRTG stock was 37,500,000 shares at a price equal to .10 Cents .Why would someone buy 37,500,000 shares ? It would have be based on an what this person knows , right ? It must be good , right ? I believe there is a better chance than not that the future looks very bright to this person to make that kind of an investment in a small start up company. Those kind of investments catch my attention very quickly ! I don't need to know what they know all I need to see is the transaction that took place according to the Form 4 filing and I can see this 10% shareholder sees a very bright future event or events they believe will take place . The company said they will be shipping out CHS to customers for Phase 1 in early 2021 and that pre-sales for Phase 2 began a little while back because of a big response for CHS by other companies . I believe 2021 will be a great year !!!
