When the general market finds out instead of just the biotech cult following...many more shares will be snatched for long-term investments.

"Anavex" is a word unknown to the general public. When did it last appear in any general news publication, a newspaper, news magazine, or general news broadcast? It never has. There is no way for the general retail equity investor, normal mom and pops, to know about or take any interest in Anavex Life Sciences Corp. In fact, the vast majority of medical professionals have never heard of the company, nor of blarcamesine. Practicing physicians know nothing of the company. Blarcamesine is not a drug they need to know about; it can't be prescribed; is functionally useless as a therapeutic agent (presently).

There should be no expectation of a significant AVXL share price gain until all of this changes. And it will when general news reports and broadcasts tell of "a new drug that shows real promise for CNS diseases."

And that will be when either the FDA (in the US), or the Therapeutic Goods Administration (in Australia) actually approves the sale and therapeutic use of blarcamesine for some indication. With either of those two agency's approval of blarcamesine, "Anavex" will become well-known; retail investors will see the company's future and act accordingly. I anticipate this will be just before or during 2023. Should it happen earlier, well and good.
