This was a Bi-partisan bill that would have helped the American people for the most part. So what if there are a few details which the president didn't agree with.

The answer from my perspective is that the president threw a monkey wrench into the mix. It's clear that the Dems took the bait and the GOP won't budge.

Congress clearly should just have passed it and overrode any potential veto. I don't know what mind game the president is playing here. The deal was struck. Help was on the way and now it isn't- again.

So while the president hangs out at Mar Lago where the locals don't want him and his cohort, people suffer. This is absolutely unnecessary and dreadful for so many.

Not so Merry Christmas for them. "Let them eat cake"- Marie Antoinette

"No soup for you"- the "Soup Nazi"- Seinfeld.

Hey there's always the local bread line or food bank if there's anything left. Unemployment insurance payments will now end and rental and other assistance will stop. "Red" and "blue" states and cities are reeling with huge budget holes and the fed does nothing. We're screwed.

What a mess Biden will have to sort.

Good riddance to this president. Looking forward to numerous criminal charges and the next 20 years him and his ilk tied up in court and better yet, prison. I'm absolutely livid.
