Sure it is. The warrants are an asset that the company currently owns. It can be sold or used as collateral.

Right now FORW owns the rights to 500 mil shares of a stock worth about .20/share. That is $100 mil plus roughly $10 mil of it's own value. Current market cap is about $20 mil.

Our market cap should be 6 times its value. Since the main asset is warrants, it would be discounted to 2 to 3 times value. That discount is based on liquidity.

Based on the above, the value of FORW should be somewhere in the neighborhood of .55/share to $.82/share.
