Can't understand why SQ would even entertain the idea of BUYING this company, in what way does Tidal-Z add to SQ business formula and how can it benefit their future undertakings.

Perhaps this possible purchase was one of the reasons why SQ was DOWN so much yesterday, perhaps the street doesn't believe it's a good idea and many investors decided to SELL.
