Let me give it a shot on explaining what and why we haven't heard anything.
Kerry said nice things because Kerry was in a transaction to acquire the VGTL so called company to use as a trading symbol. He would not PO Mark so therefore he was nice. He had Convertibles to retire and clean up the VGTL legacy of stock sales. When he is ready he will hit us with Information. Although it would be nice to get a peep out of him before he unloads and Releases the Kraken.
