I don’t know anything about MAXD and the courts. Someone said they maxd. Is part of a clas action against google... I have no idea if it is true or not.... my point was maxd stock, back in 2014 or 2016 was hugely naked short sold by collusion of market makers... the SEC dug into the case and found that MAXD stock was totally bashed into the ground from all the illegal short selling..... is that why MAXD stock has all this volume these past few weeks? All I know is a lot of stinky pinky land stocks are in a huge rally mode because the market makers who are short on these stinky penny stocks have to close their position by march
