Quercetin is an excellent option - I take it to dampen my immune system's tendency to respond to allergens with a Th2 dominant reaction (and it works most of the time) - the Th2 response is what causes the cytokine storm that attacks people's lungs and organs. I actually take the "father of quercetin", what's it's isolated from - Bee Propolis - for me works better than quercetin alone.
