I place more of an emphasis on tradability, not dividends. You know that about my trading style.
Conversely I have my dividend producers, good solid companies for the most part. JPM-H, QRTEP, AB, IRM, EPD, too much of T, NRZ, NYCB, SBRA, KNOP, STWD, PDCO, EQH, (and ABBV which I still kinda love but am losing interest in as fickle as I am ), a variety of bonds, annuities and mutual funds yielding around 5% on average and up to over a 25% + return, and a ton of cash so I'm diversified. I don't mix apples and oranges when trading. I don't care too much about DIV. Not when I can walk away with 10-100% in just a few days. Not to brag, but that has happened. Not as often as I'd like.

So there's that.
